The Street Alter-living parable
April 98:     This asignment from the Lord required  a folding 3 foot stool, and I made a type of alter/stand. This was setup on Shattuck Av. in downtown Berkeley. This street is a few blocks from the Berkeley University and students/tourist, street people and locals pack this street.
     Set the stand up and placed 2 signs in front. One sign was a 11X14 calvary scene done in color pencil and framed. The second sign was a 11x14 "Any offering for a clean and sober street minister/missionary to Calif'.   "Jesus Saves".  "Wake Up America" done in color pencil/markers.
     The bible was opened to psalm 91 and placed on the stool. The metal bowl for the offerings was placed on the open bible. Frankenscense Incense was burning under the stool.
     I walked in front of the stool and shouted "Jesus Saves".  Recited scripture outloud, passed out tracts, worshipped the Lord and prayed in the spirit.
