The Shield
April 98:     I had a burden to build a large calvary scene shield. It is 3 ft tall by 2 ft wide and has a handle and a leather strap. I was starting to draw calvary scenes and use them for ministry, and gave 6 away as gifts.  I could never draw but had a clear direction from the Lord to start. The Lord led me on this; and I was amazed how the scenes were coming out.

     I was led by the Lord on where to get the supplies to build the shield, and the construction of it.  Everything I needed was within walking distance. I had a burden to carry the shield for the "March for Jesus" in San Francisco. I thought this was my only assignment; but it was just the beginning.  The march was scheduled for 30 May 98; and I had to take the shield/cape out for a trial run- for one hour- the day before the march. I accomplished that to the minute as I was given the time of 4pm on the 29th of May.
